Cultivate. Care. Connect.
Tucked within the Piedmont Seepage Forest of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, Enoree Grove is a small-scale family farm committed to ecological stewardship and spiritual culture care. We're excited about rolling up our sleeves and getting dirty as we learn about composting and cultivating. Our heart is not only to care well for our environment but also to create a place of healing and growth in our community. To that end, we've created walking paths through the woods and have renovated our iconic round-top barn into a flexible rental space with a loft. We are excited to host guests, provide educational field trips and writers' gatherings, partner in mental health initiatives and healing initiatives, and enjoy community conversations around the bonfire. Huge thanks to our growing number of community partners for their energizing support and encouragement. We are humbled and beyond thankful for each of you! - Alan and Michelle Grover

"There's something of a sacred freshness found only in the quiet of morning. We wake and give thanks for new mercies. I walk to the garden and the field where flowers and basil give themselves freely to fill a vase. Then coffee fills the vessels as you pour, and we sip and reflect and begin to commune and continue to give thanks and to share ideas. And gradually we discover ways we can grow and develop and impact change together. As I ready to leave, you gift me the coffee grounds that I will add to my compost to grow more flowers and tomatoes and basils and blueberries. And we smile, grateful for quiet moments filled with cut flowers, good coffee, and community."

Fun Facts:
In 2022, Enoree Grove collected more than 20 tons of compostable food waste from our community partners.
In 2023, we exceeded 35 tons!
In 2024, we diverted over 55 tons of food waste from our local landfills, combined it with chipped wood, and created safe and stable compost for local growers. This was also our first year selling finished and tested compost as well as vermicast.
